Starting Weight: 196.6 lbs

Rib Cage: 34.5″
Waist: 35″
Stomach: 41″
Thighs (top): 27″
Calves: 16.5″

1st Weigh-in: 190.6 lbs
Measurements:
Bust: 40.5″
Rib Cage: 34.5″
Waist: 34.5″
Stomach: 40.25″
Thighs (top): 26.75″
Calves: 16.5″
So my first weigh-in was a smashing success! 6 pounds down! Wahoo!!!

2nd Weigh-in: 187.4
Right on track! Lost another 3.2 pounds in the last week and a half – almost at the 10 pound mark. Yay!!
Weigh-in dates will be changing to Saturdays going forward as I’m taking a class that meets Monday nights. I forgot to do my measurments this week.
3rd Weigh-in: 185.6
So I’m down another 1.8 pounds this week despite the fact that Kim was visiting me this weekend and we had pizza last night.
I’m too lazy to do my measurements this week.
11 pounds! I’m on a roll!

Measurements:
Bust: 39.5″ (down 1)
Rib Cage: 33.75″ (down .75)
Waist: 33″ (down 1.5)
Stomach: 41″ (up .75 – explain that one to me!)
Thighs (top): 25.75″ (down 1)
Calves: 16″ (down .5)
Down another 3.2 pounds this week for a grand total of 14.2 pounds lost so far!

5th Weigh-in: 181.6
Okay, so not a “big number” week, but every little bit helps! I didn’t do my measurements this week because I figured they probably have changed much since I didn’t lose much this week. Might make the measurements an every-other-week thing…
6th Weigh-in: 178.4
Well, despite the fact I felt I had a really rough week in terms of keeping on-track (and on points), I still managed to drop 3.2 pounds! WOW. Now I realize that my bad week may come back to haunt me next week at weigh-in, but like my leaders was saying in our meeting this morning – any negative number is success, so even if next week I only lose .8 pounds again…or even .4 or .2, my goal is to just at least have lost.

Clearly there has been a gap in listing results here, but now that I’m back on track and feeling rejuvenated about it, I think I’ll be good going forward with putting weekly updates back in.
