Weight & Measurements Tracking
For this site to truly serve its purpose to be a help and support, I feel that I should track and display my progress here as well, although I’m less inclined to provide my actual weight, I will because it helps keep me humble.
Anyhow, I’ve found measurements to sometimes be a better gauge of progress than weight alone.Just to give you an idea as to where I’m headed, below are my weight & measurements from my last “normal” weight-in just after leaving Manhattan in October 2005. Although this may not be my “goal” per se, (I can only set that with Weight Watchers after I hit my 10% mark) it’s still not an out-of-reach target. Just so you know I’m not completely off-base here, the “healthy weight range” for my height, age, etc. is from 129-169 lbs.
Weight (12/2005): 145
Measurements (12/2005):
Bust: 35.5″
Waist: 28″
Stomach: 32″
Thighs (top): 23″
Calves: 15″

After my first full week and weigh-in, I decided that since I’m not exactly sure how long this whole process will take. So, to keep this page from getting out of control I’m creating some new pages to cover the main tracking posts I’d be doing going forward…

YEA!!!!! Way to go, what a great first week/weigh in. Very cool Deb! Too funny about you grabbing the cooking light mag – I used to have a subscription to that and cooked from it all the time (esp after my dad had a 5 bypass heart surgery) and was just saying to hubbie Sean that I wanted to get it again. They usually have great recipes. Congratulations!!! Keep it up – YOU CAN DO IT!!!
