What Is A “Diet”?
Just wanted to be clear that although the title of this blog site is "The Diet Divas," we do not intend for the word "diet" in this case to be used as a verb - something you do (e.g. I am dieting). "Diet" for our purposes is a noun - a thing (e.g. I am changing my diet).
We wanted to make sure that we are clear on this as particularly Weight Watchers (and really any diet program worth its salt) emphasizes that this is not a "diet" (verb), but rather a change of lifestyle.Other Diet Blogs
